If client already has trades at account with or without linking to IB then Orbex cannot replace the IB. For this matter client need to open a new Sub Account and Orbex will set that account under ForexRebate.me IB.
If there were no trades with the client’s account then Orbex will amend the account to be under ForexRebate.me. Also client need to send an email to backoffice@orbex.com to confirm about this.

I have been with them for few months. They have good customer service, though not 24 hrs as they claim, only Cyprus office hours. As I live down under, I have to wait till about 6pm( Sydney time), before I can get in touch with someone. Their spreads are reasonable, execution is great, cross platforms including mobile trader, web trader and the mt4. Haven\'t requested withdrawal yet, but depositing is quick through jcc, and the fund in the trading account as soon as their office opens. All in all, good broker, you will be pleased with their care and service.
