• By participating in the given promotion, client acknowledges and agrees to the current terms and conditions.
• Client agrees and obliged to provide correct personal details when registering trading account, such as, full name, telephone number and email. In case of providing false details, company has the right without prior notice to eliminate accumulated profits and to eliminate participant from the "50% Trading Bonus" promotion.
• Current promotion conjugates with company’s “Clients agreement” of MaximusFX.
• "50% Trading Bonus"; valid from 01/01/16 up to 31/06/16 inclusive.
• Trading period of the promotion is valid from 01/01/16 up to 30/07/2016.
• Every new registered client has ability to receive "50% Trading Bonus" after the initial deposit is made.
• Trading bonus, within the promotion is available for clients’ trading only after the initial deposit is made on the equivalent of the deposit.
• Trading bonus is available to clients only after full verification of trading account.
• Trading bonus is credited only to accounts with no trading history.
• Minimum required deposit to qualify for trading bonus is $200 US Dollars or equivalent.
• Trading bonus is available only to "Standard" and "Islamic" account types.
• Trading bonus is available to client on the following deposit, up to $5000 trading credit, only when no trading positions are open.
• The maximum amount of trading bonus credit is $5000 US Dollars.
• Current promotion is available to one trading account per client where initial deposit is made.
• Bonus will be credited to the trading account only after an email request is sent to finance@MaximusFX.com
• Client can perform withdrawal of funds, when there are no open trading positions on the trading account/platform.
• Client can perform withdrawal of funds but all trading bonus will be extracted from trading account first.
• Trading bonus cannot be used in case of lost initial deposit, trading account will be switched to bonus trading mode when equity is less than trading bonus, all following trading activity and profits will be considered trading bonus.
• In case account equity lower than total of deposit and withdrawals, bonus funds will be used in trading strictly after initial investment.
• All trading bonus on the trading account will be eliminated on the 31.06.2016, 00:00 terminal time.
• All profits generated with the help of trading bonus promotion are released to client with formula 1 Lot = 4$ US dollars.
• When client perform the withdrawal of profits, lots generated to the date of withdrawal request, will no longer be used to calculate release of profits with formula 1 Lot = 4$ US dollars.
• When calculating profits for release, trades with interval of 5 minutes will not be used in the formula, company has the right to terminate trading positons.
• Withdraw of profits will be possible only after an email request is sent to finance@MaximusFX.com Request will be processed as per terms and conditions of this promotion and there should be no open trading positions or request will be cancelled.
• Request for withdraw of profits will be processed within 7 business days.
• Client is able to withdraw profits generated from trading bonus promotion till 30.07.2016; all profits that were not released will be eliminated on the 30.07.2016, 00:00 terminal time.
• «50% Bonus», is not credited to the trading account automatically.
• Bonus will be credited to trading account only after an email request is sent to finance@MaximusFX.com
• The company reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the trading bonus promotion without prior notice and / or generate profit if the client uses arbitrage strategies, expert advisor, robot and / or specialized software for the abuse of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
• Hiding IP address is not permitted. If the IP address is constantly changing, the company reserves the right to eliminate the bonus and generated income without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to refuse in trading bonus promoton at any time to client or to group of clients. The conditions of this bonus may be changed at the discretion of the company at any time without prior notice.
