How bonuses can be used:

Each company’s client after the each replenishment of an account in the amount of not less than 300USD, has the right to order an additional investments of 10% from the deposit. These funds can be used in trading and are also available for withdrawing if the client during 6 months does not take out money from an account. If funds are withdrawn before the specified period, the company’s investment funds are canceled automatically.

Terms and conditions:

1. 1. Investment program "Easy Income +10%" is applied to all types of trading accounts;
   2. In order to participate in the investment program "Easy Income +10%", you have to make a request from your profile;
   3. You are able to take part in the investment program "Easy Income +10%" only after the each replenishment of your trading account in the amount of not less than 300USD;
   4. Validity period of activated bonus program "Easy Income +10%": 6 months;
   5. Invested funds under the program "Easy Income +10%" from the GAINSY Company are not compatible with bonus funds like "non-withdrawable bonus";
   6. Funds credited on the client’s trading account under the program "Easy Income +10%", can be used in trading and are available for withdrawing at the expiration of 6 months from the date of their crediting, on the assumption of a customer does not take out this money from a trading account during 6 months. If a client fails to comply with this paragraph, funds credited under the program "Easy Income +10%" are canceled automatically.
   7. A Client must open at least one new buy or sell order per day, otherwise the Bonus funds may be cancelled by the Company at its sole discretion;
   8. Investment program "Easy Income +10%" from the GAINSY Company are applied to accounts which were opened during the validity of this program;
   9. The GAINSY Company reserves the right to require from customer additional documents proving his identity;
   10. The GAINSY Company reserves the right to refuse in crediting investment funds without any explanations;
   11. If a customer leads unfair trading manipulations, the GAINSY Company has the right to cancel investment funds “Easy Income +10%” from the customer's account at any time;
   12. The GAINSY Company has the right to change unilaterally the terms of the investment program "Easy Income +10%", or to stop the investment program "Easy Income +10%" at any time without customer’s prior notification. New conditions are in force after their publication on the website GAINSY.COM.

Just More +45%

Terms and conditions of "Just More +45%" bonus program:

1. 1. This bonus is only applied to following types of trading accounts: STP Account «Classic»;
   2. In order to participate in current program you have to make a request from your profile;
   3. Bonus +45% is credited only after each deposit of the following types of Forex trading accounts: STP Account «Classic»;
   4. You are able to take part in the program after each deposit of your trading account in the amount of not less than $100;
   5. Bonus funds shall be credited after a client transfers his funds from his Personal account to his Trading account and applies for Bonus to be credited;
   6. In case if a client transfers his funds to his Personal account and then transfers these funds back to his Trading account without withdrawing them, then in such a case Bonus "Just More +45%" funds will not be added to this amount of funds;
   7. Validity period of activated bonus program "Just More +45%": 3 months;
   8. Bonus is applied only to trading accounts which were opened during the validity of this program;
   9. Bonus funds credited under the program are not available for withdrawing under any circumstances and are completely the property of GAINSY company;
   10. Bonus +45% is not credited on the same Forex trading account, if this account has been already credited with non-withdrawable bonuses under another bonus program;
   11. GAINSY company reserves the right to require the client to provide additional documents proving his identity;
   12. GAINSY company reserves the right to refuse bonus crediting without any explanations;
   13. If client's trading account has a negative balance, and trading is led using only bonus funds, GAINSY company reserves the right to cancel bonus money without any explanations;
   14. If a client leads unfair trading manipulations, GAINSY company has the right to cancel bonus money from the client's trading account at any time;
   15. GAINSY company has the right to change unilaterally terms and conditions of this program or to stop it at any time without client’s prior notification. New conditions enter into force after their publication on the website GAINSY.COM.

$5,000 Non-Deposit Forex Bonus

Terms and conditions*:

1. In order to get $5,000 PAMM Bonus funds, you have to install GAINSY Toolbar in your browser (to install the Toolbar click on the right picture). The Company reserves the right to require the Client to provide proofs of Toolbar functioning in the Client's browser;
2. Money in the amount of $5,000 under PAMM Bonus promotion shall only be credited to PAMM Accounts;
3. In order to participate in current Bonus program, your account must be completely verified due to Clause 3 of the Client Agreement;
4. Under no circumstances one Client can apply for these Bonus funds crediting more than once;
5. Bonus funds credited under current Bonus program in the amount of $5,000 as well as profit gained while trading with this amount are not available for withdrawal under any circumstances and are completely the property of the Company;
6. Manager is permitted to withdraw only Manager's revenue which is set by the Manager while creating Managed Account during the upcoming Rollovers. Application for withdrawal shall be processed within 24 bank working hours;
7. All the profit made on the given $5,000 shall be withdrawn during the upcoming rollover and transferred to the Personal Account of the Company. All the profit from the revenue of Investors for account managing is available for Manager's withdrawal during the upcoming rollover;
8. Manager's profit is available for withdrawal via bank wire transfer;
9. In order to take part in current Promo program you have to register on the official web-site, submit a Ticket in Help Desk indicating Managed Account number to be credited with the Bonus, and send trading statement showing your trading results during one month period at . Once our analysts monitor the above-mentioned statement, you will be notified via e-mail whether your application is confirmed or not;
10. The Company bears and covers all the possible trading risks of the Manager under current Bonus program: in case if the Manager loses $5,000 that were credited by the Company, then the Client does not have to refund these funds;
11. The Company reserves the right to require the Client to provide additional documents proving his identity;
12. The Company reserves the right to refuse in Forex bonus crediting without any explanations;
13. In case any unfair trading manipulations are detected by Security Department, the Company has the right to carry out extra rollover and deactivate Managed Account. All the invested funds shall be returned back to the Investors;
14. $5,000 Bonus Promotion duration period expires on the 31 of December, 2014;**
15. The Company has a right to change unilaterally terms and conditions of this program or to stop it at any time without Client’s prior notification. New conditions enter into force after their publication on the official web-site.

Royal Bonuses

Terms and conditions of Royal Bonuses program:

1. 1. Present Bonus program is performed in accordance with the Client Agreement;
   2. Trading volume of a client shall not exceed 0.01 lot per day, the position must be closed within one calendar day;
   3. In case if trading volume exceeds 0.01 lot per day, then the amount of Bonus funds to be credited for every open deal shall be reduced. In such a case 3% equal to the initial client deposit amount will be deducted;
   4. A client must open at least one deal within a week;
   5. In case if a client decides to withdraw funds before the end of the Bonus program validity, then the commission shall be 4.9% regardless of the payment method selected;
   6. This bonus program is applied only to the following types of trading accounts: ECN Account «Premium»; Thus Royal Bonuses program matches the conditions of ECN trading account;
   7. In order to participate in current bonus program the client has to make a request from his personal profile;
   8. This Bonus is applied only to the trading accounts that were opened during the validity of current Bonus program;
   9. Current Bonus program is incompatible with the other Bonus programs provided by GAINSY;
   10. GAINSY company reserves the right to require the client to provide additional documents proving his identity;
   11. GAINSY company reserves the right to refuse bonus crediting without any explanations;
   12. If client's trading account has a negative balance, and trading is led using only bonus funds, GAINSY company reserves the right to cancel bonus money without any explanations;
